Activated charcoal

One study from New Jersey, USA, evaluated activated charcoal Anjan-activaid, 140 mesh activated charcoal (particle size 106 pm) to prevent snow goose (Chen caerulescens) grazing on winter wheat and Kentucky blue grass (Mason and Clark 1995). Treated plots had 68 % lower densities of geese four days after the treatment, and 24 days after the treatment goose densities were 21 % lower than in control plots.
